Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical field with 18+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in automotive/advanced manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience in leading Team Leaders and Technicians, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability.
- Hands-on experience in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical LT/HT switchgear, electrical components, control panels and utility maintenance.
- Experience in PLC/SCADA programming and troubleshooting, machine electrical controls and automation systems.
- Experience in robotics maintenance, preferably FANUC robots, along with CNC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Electrical Safety Officer License is mandatory.
- Strong team management skills, including manpower planning, work allocation, shift meetings and performance monitoring.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Experience, Skills & Technical Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in PLC, HMI and SCADA troubleshooting/programming.
- Experience in robotics, CNC, hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance.
- Knowledge of foundry and machining equipment maintenance.




- Strong understanding of TPM, 5S, CLITA, IATF, ISO 14001/EMS, LPA and CSR requirements.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining PM checklists, maintenance records, machine history and audit documentation.
- Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF, breakdown reduction and critical spare management.
- Experience in Kaizen and White Belt improvement projects focused on cost reduction and maintenance efficiency.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule and assign preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities based on equipment priority and team skill levels.
- Lead emergency breakdown repairs and ensure safe and timely restoration of plant machinery.
- Manage and supervise approximately 15 direct reports, including Team Leaders and Technicians.
- Ensure availability of manpower, tools, materials and critical spare parts for maintenance activities.
- Review work orders and audit completed maintenance activities to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
- Maintain machine history, maintenance records and PM documentation for critical equipment.
- Conduct daily shift meetings covering safety, recurring breakdowns, maintenance priorities and work allocation.
- Drive TPM, 5S, CLITA, IATF, EMS/ISO 14001, LPA and CSR compliance activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, spare consumption optimization and improved equipment reliability through Kaizen projects.
- Promote safe working practices, housekeeping and discipline within the maintenance team.
- Coach and develop technicians and Team Leaders to improve safety, productivity and technical capabilities.
