Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees daily maintenance activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The Maintenance

Supervisor coordinates equipment inspections, organizes preventive maintenance plans, and manages repairs to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, supporting troubleshooting efforts, maintaining maintenance records, and collaborating with operations and management to prioritize work.



The role also involves guiding maintenance staff, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvements in equipment reliability and facility efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair activities for industrial systems.
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to reduce equipment failures.
- Effective troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and equipment documentation.
- Experience using maintenance logs, work order systems, or basic CMMS tools.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field preferred.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or gases-related facilities is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
