Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, including the inspection, repair, and upkeep of equipment and facilities used in renewable fuel production.

The Maintenance

Manager plans and implements preventive maintenance schedules, coordinates maintenance and repair activities, and ensures minimal downtime and safe working conditions. The role includes supervising maintenance personnel, managing work assignments, monitoring performance, and collaborating with operations and engineering teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

Manager also maintains records, supports compliance with safety and environmental standards, and assists with budgeting and procurement for maintenance-related needs.

Qualifications

- Strong maintenance management capabilities, including Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair skills.
- Hands-on experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance in industrial or energy-related environments.
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills for leading maintenance teams and coordinating daily activities.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in plant operations.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and equipment specifications.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in renewable energy, biomass processing, or similar industrial settings is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in office.
