Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Maintenance In-Charge to manage the overall maintenance activities of plant machinery, equipment, utilities, electrical systems, and infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, minimizing breakdowns and downtime, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6–12 years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in supervising maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience in maintenance planning, reporting, and spare-parts management.
- Willingness to work in shifts or attend breakdown/emergency requirements when necessary.





Preferred Skills
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, sensors, control panels, motors, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics as applicable.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Strong knowledge of LOTO and industrial safety procedures.
- Experience with CMMS / Maintenance Management Software or ERP systems.
- Good understanding of MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, and maintenance KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under breakdown and production pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and other departments.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proactive approach toward equipment reliability and preventive problem-solving

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
