Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role based in New Delhi.

The Maintenance

Engineer will oversee the upkeep and reliable operation of printing and auxiliary equipment on the production floor. Daily responsibilities include performing routine inspections, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, executing maintenance and repair tasks, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. The role also involves coordinating with production teams to plan maintenance activities, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and supporting continuous improvement of equipment performance and workplace safety.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering for industrial and printing machinery.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting mechanical systems and replacing faulty components.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing scheduled inspections and servicing.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, including basic diagnostics, wiring checks, and coordination with qualified electricians when required.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or printing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical manuals and equipment drawings, and maintain clear maintenance documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
