Oversee daily plant operations, manage production schedules, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical and electrical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery, motors, transformers, panels, VFDs, and control systems.

Supervise installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems. Monitor power distribution, energy usage, and ensure electrical load balancing. Maintain compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company protocols.

Manage spares inventory, vendor coordination, and cost-saving initiatives. Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and inspection reports. Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams for seamless plant operations.

Qualifications and Key Requirements: ● B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering ● 3–5 years of industrial experience in electrical maintenance (Paint, Cement, Steel, or Chemical preferred) ● Solid knowledge of PLC systems, control panels, switchgear, and instrumentation ● Familiarity with HT/LT systems, power factor correction, and energy audits ● Experience with electrical safety procedures, lockout-tagout systems, and compliance ● Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and diagnostic devices ● Proficient in reading electrical drawings and schematics ● Working knowledge of CMMS/SAP is a plus Preferred Skills: ● Knowledge of automation and control systems ● Experience in power quality management ● Team leadership experience ● Familiarity with ISO, TPM, and energy efficiency standards
