Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment.

- Monitor the performance and condition of machines and identify potential maintenance issues.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other equipment-related problems, as applicable.

- Ensure minimum machine downtime through timely breakdown analysis and corrective actions.

- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment breakdowns and implement corrective measures.

- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and machine history.

- Identify critical spare parts and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.

- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine reliability,



productivity, and maintenance efficiency.

- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for equipment servicing and technical support when required.

- Prepare and share maintenance-related reports with the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline.

- Must knowledge about with Capacitors and Power Quality, Panel

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.

- Robust hands-on experience in plant/machinery maintenance.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.

- Ability to work effectively with production and cross-functional teams.

- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry will be preferred.
