We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines, with strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills

Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in machine shop equipment.
- Carry out corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and restore machine functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of machine breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO/IATF requirements during maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to plan and execute maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of recent CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.




- Identify and implement improvements to enhance machine performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to read machine manuals, and technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and ISO/IATF systems will be preferred.
