Maintenance Engineer / Officer – OSD Pharma Plant
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical
Location: Jarod - Savli road, Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of OSD production machines and utilities.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as granulators, RMG, FBD, compression machines, coating machines, blister packing and other pharma equipment.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown records, and maintenance documentation.
- Follow GMP, EHS, SOPs, and safety requirements during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production and external vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical machine maintenance, preferably OSD manufacturing.
- Valuable mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and maintenance documentation.
- Ability to work in a regulated pharma manufacturing environment.
