Required Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Mainframe I/O Configuration.
- Strong expertise in HCD (Hardware Configuration Definition) and IOCP (Input/Output Configuration Program).
- Experience in IOCDS generation, activation, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of FICON architecture and channel subsystem design.
- Experience with DASD configuration, enterprise storage management, and tape infrastructure.
- Knowledge of IBM Z CPC hardware design, configuration, and administration.
- Experience with z/OS IPL planning, execution, and support.
- Channel path management, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience in hardware migration planning and execution.
- Understanding of GDPS concepts, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.




- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 administration.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of public/private cloud environments and migration from on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with Active Directory and AD FS administration.
- Exposure to vulnerability management, security compliance, and infrastructure hardening.
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
