- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and other production machinery.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machines.
- Conduct regular machine inspection, servicing, lubrication, and maintenance as per schedule.
- Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Monitor machine condition and coordinate for spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out following safety procedures and company standards.
Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle breakdown and preventive maintenance independently.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering industries.
