1. Superwise assembly teams
2. Maintaining production schedules
3. Ensuring part availability and inventory management
4. Quality control, testing and validation
5. Mentoring assembly and testing engineers
6. Coordinating with design, production and procurement teams
7. Troubleshooting assembly issues
8. Implementing process improvements
9. Finalizing assembly sequences and creating SOPs
10. Resource optimization
11. Assembly parts stores management
12. Developing tools and gauges for assembly
13. Ensuring safety and 5S protocols
14. Training and coordinating with Service engineers
15. Ensuring product data and information secrecy
