Responsibilities

- Interact directly with customers, understand preferences, present suitable products or services, follow up on enquiries and contribute to store or business targets.

- Maintain presentation standards.

- Keep customer information organised and work closely with the wider store team.

- A polished communication style, genuine interest in customers and the ability to stay composed during busy periods are important.

- The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of follow-ups, communicate clearly and contribute beyond simply completing assigned calls or tasks.

Requirements

- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; robust candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
