Role Description The Loop Systems Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in India, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining system loops and infrastructure that support EDITTH’s AI and data processing platforms. Daily tasks include analyzing system requirements, configuring and monitoring servers and services, and ensuring high availability and performance of the platform. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing root-cause analyses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize system reliability and scalability.
The Loop Systems
Engineer will document system configurations, maintain operational procedures, and participate in upgrades, deployments,
and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with development, DevOps, and support teams to enhance end-to-end system behavior and stability is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to architect, implement, and optimize complex, high-availability infrastructures.
- Hands-on experience in System Administration and Technical Support for Linux/Windows environments, including monitoring, patching, and configuration management.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting across networks, operating systems, and application layers, with a focus on root-cause analysis and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls) and security best practices for production systems.
- Familiarity with observability and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain visibility into system health.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
