LONG FORM VIDEO EDITOR | LUZ ENTERTAINMENT

Compensation: ₹10,000 INR per completed 20-minute long-form video.

Luz Entertainment is looking for a Long Form Video Editor to join our creative team and work on large-scale creator-led entertainment projects.

Think MrBeast × Sidemen × Squid Game × Alice in Borderland, interpreted through Luz’s own cinematic visual language.

THE ROLEYou’ll take 200GB+ of multi-camera footage, creator interactions, gameplay, challenges, reactions and multiple storylines, and turn them into engaging long-form YouTube episodes.

You’ll be responsible for

- Finding the story within large volumes of raw footage
- Building strong narrative structure and pacing
- Creating tension, comedy, suspense and character moments
- Multi-camera editing and reaction-driven storytelling
- Music and cinematic sound design
- Motion graphics, subtitles, maps, scoreboards and game mechanics
- Basic VFX, compositing, tracking and screen replacements
- Colour correction and final polish




- Maintaining organised, professional project files

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORYou should understand modern creator entertainment and audience retention.

Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is required, along with solid sound design and motion graphics skills.

Experience with YouTube long-form, reality, challenge, gaming or multi-camera entertainment content is strongly preferred.

Most importantly, you should be able to look at hours of footage and understand what matters, what doesn't, and why someone would keep watching.

NOT JUST AN EDITORWe’re looking for someone who can make creative decisions independently, understand storytelling and pacing, take ownership of an episode, and collaborate closely with our creative and production teams.

A solid portfolio matters more than a fancy resume.
