Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage inbound stock, sorting, route planning, and outbound dispatch.
- SLA & TAT Tracking: Ensure deliveries meet timelines (Turnaround Time) and reduce pending or delayed shipments.
- Team & Rider Management: Handle rider onboarding, attendance, shift allocation, and productivity tracking.
- Discrepancy Handling: Monitor Return to Origin (RTO), Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), and damaged or lost inventory.
- Reporting: Maintain MIS reports and update performance metrics using Excel or logistics software. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in e-commerce, courier, or last-mile logistics operations.
- Core Skills: Manpower handling, problem-solving under pressure, and local area knowledge.Role & responsibilities
