- 1. Dispatch &
- Delivery Planning
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches based on customer requirements and production readiness.
- Prepare vehicle-wise delivery plans and optimize delivery routes.
- Coordinate loading schedules with the Production and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure the correct quantity, size, profile, colour and material are dispatched as per the Sales Order/Delivery requirements.
- Monitor dispatches from loading until delivery at the customer/dealer site.
2. Vehicle &
- Driver Management
- Coordinate company and hired vehicles for daily deliveries.
- Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery requirements and routes.
- Monitor driver attendance, availability, duty schedules and vehicle allocation.
- Ensure drivers follow company procedures and delivery instructions.
- Track vehicle movement and take timely action in case of delays, breakdowns or route issues.
- Monitor vehicle documents, service requirements and basic maintenance schedules.

Delivery
Coordination
- Coordinate with sales team and drivers regarding delivery schedules.
- Confirm delivery location, contact person, unloading arrangements and site accessibility before dispatch.
- Ensure timely communication of delays, traffic issues or changes in delivery schedules.
- Obtain delivery confirmation and required proof of delivery after unloading.
- Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
4. Production &
- Sales Coordination
- Confirm material readiness before vehicle allocation.
- Communicate changes in delivery schedules and priorities to the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper communication of urgent and priority deliveries.
- Escalate quantity mismatches, damaged materials, loading issues and delivery concerns immediately.
5. Loading &
- Material Handling
- Check that materials are properly packed, protected and secured before vehicle departure.
- Ensure appropriate vehicle selection based on sheet length, quantity and load requirements.
- Monitor loading to minimize material damage during transportation.
6. Route &
- Cost Management
- Plan productive routes to reduce unnecessary kilometres, fuel consumption and delivery time.
- Club nearby deliveries wherever practical.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and transportation costs.
- Maintain records of kilometres, fuel, trips and delivery expenses.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
7. Documentation &
- Reporting
- Maintain daily dispatch and delivery records.
- Prepare vehicle-wise trip sheets and delivery reports.
- Maintain records of driver duties, vehicle usage, kilometres and delivery status.
- Track pending and completed deliveries.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation related to transporters and vehicles.
8.
Logistics Issue
Handling
- Monitor delayed deliveries, vehicle breakdowns, customer-site issues and unloading problems.
- Coordinate immediate solutions for delivery-related problems.
- Report material damage, shortage, excess supply or other discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Follow up until logistics-related issues are properly closed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
