Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule and coordinate daily sample pickup and drop activities across branches, hospitals, collection centres and customer locations.
- Prepare and manage the duty roster and route allocation for pickup/drop boys and drivers.
- Ensure timely collection and transportation of patient samples, reports, documents and other materials.
- Monitor staff attendance, availability, leave and shift requirements and arrange replacements when required.
- Optimize routes and manpower allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Lab In-charges, Phlebotomists, Customer Care and other departments for logistics requirements.
- Monitor daily pickup/drop schedules and ensure adherence to assigned routes and timings.
- Track vehicle availability, maintenance,



fuel usage and other transportation requirements.
- Handle urgent/emergency pickup requirements and make necessary manpower arrangements.
- Maintain daily logistics records, duty rosters, route sheets and operational reports.
- Monitor the performance, discipline and productivity of logistics staff.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action to avoid delays in sample transportation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for protected and timely transportation of laboratory samples.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
