Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Logistics professional to manage and coordinate the movement of goods, transportation activities, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, logistics cost control, and day-to-day logistics operations. The candidate should have robust knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations with good coordination and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track the movement of goods through various logistics and transportation channels.

- Execute logistics plans to ensure timely movement and delivery of products/materials.

- Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers for smooth operations.

- Finalize and review freight rates and transportation costs to achieve cost-effective logistics operations.

- Monitor transportation performance, delivery schedules, vehicle placement, and shipment status.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to transportation, freight costs, shipments, deliveries, and logistics performance.

- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

- Ensure proper handling and movement of materials while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchase, Warehouse, Production, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.

- Resolve transportation delays, delivery issues, material shortages, damages, and customer/vendor complaints.

- Manage transporter and logistics vendor performance and maintain effective vendor relationships.

- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities and ensure timely dispatches.

- Maintain proper logistics documentation and records.

- Coordinate with CHA agents, freight forwarders,



and customs-related agencies for import/export shipments, wherever applicable.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics efficiency, transportation cost, delivery performance, and service quality.

Candidate Profile

- B.TECH/B.E./MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

- 6–10 years of experience in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain Operations.

- Experience in managing transporters, logistics vendors, shipments, and delivery schedules.

- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of logistics documentation, MIS reporting, and cost control.

- Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage.

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, engineering, or industrial logistics will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
