- Import activities for EOU & DTA units

- Daily contacting with freight forwarders for shipment status

- Preparing DSR / Daily intimation / Monthly Intimation to customs

- Floating RFQ to freight forwarder to choose the best FF for Import Shipments

- Taking quick necessary actions to solve custom queries as when needed to clear the consignments on time.

- Coordinating with purchase team in solving shipper and FF queries related to Imports

- Bond value monitoring and renewal process

- Preparing monthly logistics report
- Visiting customs office as and when needed to explicit the customs queries.
