We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day logistics and freight forwarding operations. The role will be responsible for managing the operations team, coordinating with customers and logistics partners, ensuring timely shipment execution, controlling operational costs, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

● Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics and freight forwarding operations.

● Plan and monitor daily shipment, transportation, pickup, dispatch, and delivery activities.

● Ensure shipments are executed within agreed timelines and service requirements.

Customer & Vendor Coordination

● Maintain strong relationships with key customers and logistics partners.

● Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

● Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents, warehouses, and other vendors.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of freight forwarding,



transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.

● Positive understanding of import/export processes and documentation.

● Strong leadership and team-management skills.

● Excellent customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/TMS/WMS, and logistics systems.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience

● Graduate/MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

● 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in freight forwarding, 3PL, transportation, shipping, or logistics.

● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a team-lead/managerial operations role preferred.
