Position: Loading Supervisor

Department: Operations

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Logistics / Transportation

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily loading and unloading operations.

- Coordinate with loaders, drivers, and the operations team.

- Ensure proper and secure loading of goods.

- Verify shipment quantity, documents, and vehicle details.

- Monitor loading time and ensure timely vehicle dispatch.

- Handle loading-related discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

- Prepare investigation reports for each and every loading point and highlight any discrepancies or operational issues.

- Maintain daily loading and dispatch records/reports.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.

Skills: Team handling, coordination, basic Excel, documentation, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
