We are looking for a young, energetic professional who can combine LinkedIn outreach, sales thinking, AI tools and content creation to help us build our brand and generate qualified business conversations.

What You Will Do1. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation

- Identify relevant founders, CEOs, CXOs, Sales & Marketing Heads and decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and research tools.
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
- Start meaningful conversations rather than sending generic spam messages.
- Qualify prospects and generate relevant sales opportunities.

2. AI-Powered Outreach

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI platforms for prospect research and personalization.
- Create AI-assisted LinkedIn messages, emails, follow-ups and sales scripts.
- Use AI to research companies, identify pain points and personalize communication.
- Continuously experiment with prompts and AI workflows to improve outreach productivity.

3. Automation & Sales Tools

- Work with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n, Make, Zapier, CRM platforms and email automation tools.
- Help build simple automated workflows for lead generation, enrichment, follow-ups and reporting.
- Maintain accurate prospect and campaign data.
- Learn and implement new AI and automation tools as the company evolves.

4. Humanized Content & Brand Building

- Create simple, authentic LinkedIn content for AgenticReach.io and its founders/team.
- Convert AI/automation concepts into human, easy-to-understand business content.
- Assist in creating LinkedIn posts, carousels,



short-form content and founder-led content.
- Research trending AI, automation and sales topics and turn them into relevant content.
- Ensure the company's communication feels human, intelligent and useful — not AI-generated or robotic.

5. Sales Support

- Book qualified meetings for the founders/sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn, email and other channels.
- Maintain daily activity and pipeline reports.
- Share prospect feedback, objections and market insights with the team.

What We Are Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media.
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, SaaS and digital business.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools.
- Should know tools like n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Good research and communication skills.
- Ability to write personalized, human-sounding content.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and outbound communication.
- Self-driven, curious and willing to experiment.

Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of Apollo or similar lead-generation platforms.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or other automation platforms.
- Experience creating LinkedIn content.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, digital marketing or a startup environment.

This is not a traditional data-entry or telecalling role. You will be expected to combine sales + AI + automation + content + research to help build the growth engine of an early-stage AI startup.
