Role Description The Life Coaching Program Advisor – Intern is a full-time hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the intern supports the design, coordination, and delivery of life coaching and personal development programs aligned with UCF’s coaching frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in program planning, maintaining participant communication, scheduling sessions,



and supporting trainers and coaches with materials and resources.

The intern will help track participant progress, gather feedback, and prepare reports to improve program effectiveness. This role also involves collaborating with the coaching team on client engagement activities and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented learning environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Life Coaching and Personal Development, with a genuine interest in helping individuals grow and transform.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Coaching skills to interact with participants, support coaching sessions, and build trust-based relationships.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including assisting with program delivery, session coordination, and learning support.
- Relevant academic background in psychology, counseling, human resources, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Navi Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Robust organizational skills, basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., office productivity and communication platforms), and a mindset open to feedback and continuous learning.
