1. Coordinate and follow up with Government Departments, Local Authorities and Regulatory Bodies for Approvals, Licenses and Documentation.
2. Lead Generation through Justdial, IndiaMART & Other Online Platforms and Lead Conversion by Visiting Clients, Field Visits to Explain Services, Sending Quotations etc.
3. Prepare and Submit required Documents, Applications and Reports as per Project or Company needs. Maintain good skilled relationships with Officials and Stakeholders.
4. Client Relationship Management while providing services, Bill Follow-up, Feedback and Implementing Creative Marketing Strategies & Analysing Monthly Growth etc.
5. Handle visits to Government Offices, Clients or Project Sites and Ensure timely completion of Liaison-related work and report updates to Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate / MBA Marketing

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Marketing Experience in Construction Industry

Software: MS Office, ERP etc.

Other Skills: Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
