Role Description This full-time on-site Legal Intern role is based in Gurgaon and offers hands-on exposure to daily law firm operations.

The Legal

Intern will assist with legal research, case law analysis, and the preparation of drafts, notes, and summaries for ongoing matters.

Responsibilities include supporting the preparation and review of legal documents, organizing case files, and helping with client communication under supervision. The role also involves coordinating with team members on case strategies, attending meetings or proceedings when required, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.



The intern will work closely with attorneys to understand practical applications of law and develop skilled skills in a structured environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with ongoing enrollment in or completion of a recognized law degree program.
- Ability to understand and analyze Legal Issues and apply relevant statutes, rules, and case law.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Interest or experience in Legal Consulting, such as assisting with legal opinions, client notes, and advisory work.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client interaction.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and legal research tools; familiarity with online legal databases is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and collaborate in a team-oriented, learning-focused setting.
