Our client, a leading #mobility platform in India is hiring a Manager – Legal (Contracts & Advisory) in Bengaluru!

If you're a lawyer who thinks like a business person and negotiates like one too, this one is for you!

What are we looking at?

➡️ LLB with 6+ years of PQE in contracts, legal advisory, or commercial law

➡️ Someone who can draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts like MSAs, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements

➡️ Strong grip on regulatory compliance and the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions

What will you be doing?

➡️ Leading end-to-end contract lifecycle management across functions

➡️ Advising business teams on legal structures that are both compliant and commercially workable





➡️ Monitoring regulatory developments and proactively flagging what matters to the business
