Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage land acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring timely possession of acquired lands.
- Coordinate with various departments (legal, survey, technical) for smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct due diligence on potential properties before purchase or lease agreements.
- Draft letters and documents related to property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during land purchases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Land Acquisition & Liaisoning or similar role.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification; LLB preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and practices in Delhi NCR region.
