About the RoleYou will work closely with experienced legal professionals across a range of practice areas. This role suits someone with a genuine interest in law, a solid willingness to learn, and the drive to build a solid foundation in handling complex legal matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Law

- Assist with legal counsel and support on property-related matters
- Help draft, review and refine real estate contracts and agreements
- Observe how property disputes are handled and how the company's interests are represented in legal proceedings

Income Tax Matters

- Research income tax statutes and regulations under supervision




- Help analyse the income tax implications relevant to the company
- Support the preparation of income tax documents, including responses and appeals

Courtroom Exposure

- Shadow experienced legal professionals during court hearings
- Build skills in presenting and articulating legal arguments before the judiciary
- Stay updated on changes in legal frameworks and observe how strategies adapt to them

Legal Drafting & Research

- Help prepare and review legal documents, contracts and agreements
- Research to support ongoing cases and contribute useful insights to the team
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation

Additional Responsibilities

- Work with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance
- Keep up with legal developments and industry best practices through ongoing training and mentorship
- Support other legal matters as directed by supervising attorneys
