Key Responsibilities

- Handle legal matters, contracts, agreements, claims, disputes and notices related to the railway project.
- Review and advise on contractual obligations, tender conditions, GCC/SCC, amendments and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Railways, contractors, consultants and statutory authorities on legal issues and documentation.
- Assist in claims, variations, EOT, arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution, including preparation/review of legal submissions.
- Maintain legal records, correspondence and case documentation and provide timely legal advice to the Project Management team.
