Key Responsibilities 1.

Property Legal

Audit & Vetting - Vet Property Legal Audit Reports for Banks and NBFCs.





- Conduct title verification and due diligence of property-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Property Laws and Banking Laws.
- Agreement & Document Vetting - Review and vet agreements including loan documents, commercial contracts, and related legal documents.
- Identify legal risks and provide appropriate observations and recommendations. 3.

Legal

Research & Article Writing - Conduct legal research on property, banking, and allied laws.
- Draft legal articles, notes, and internal knowledge documents.
- Keep track of relevant legal updates, amendments, and judgments.

Required Qualifications &

Skills - LL.B. from a recognized university.

- Knowledge of Property Law, Banking Law, and Contract Law.
- Solid legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
