Role Description The Leasing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial leasing process. Day-to-day tasks include identifying suitable commercial properties, conducting market research, coordinating and hosting site visits, and maintaining accurate lease documentation and records. The role involves supporting lease negotiations between tenants and property owners, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and facilitating smooth move-in and handover processes.

Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to provide transparent information, address queries promptly, and contribute to leasing strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Commercial Leasing and Leases, with experience in matching tenant requirements to appropriate properties.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Negotiations, with the ability to manage terms, conditions, and closure of leasing deals professionally.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration, including tracking key dates, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research, including analyzing local commercial real estate trends and rental benchmarks.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate or leasing within the NCR region is an added advantage.
