- Generate and qualify leads for office and retail leasing opportunities.
- Conduct property tours and site visits, showcasing office spaces, retail units, amenities, and lease terms to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Retail leasing options.
- Collaborate with mall and property management teams to facilitate tenant onboarding and occupancy processes.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective tenants, brokers, and business partners.
- Assist in lease negotiations and support the leasing process through closure.
- Track market trends, retail industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
