Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a Leasing Manager to take up a meaningful commercial role in Delhi NCR / North India.

The person will handle enquiries, qualify prospects, arrange meetings or site visits, explain relevant options, maintain follow-up, coordinate with internal teams and work towards agreed sales or relationship targets. Local market awareness and disciplined follow-up will be useful. Candidates who are confident with customers and willing to understand a prospect before making a pitch are encouraged to apply.

There is scope to take on more responsibility as performance develops, particularly for candidates who demonstrate ownership and sound judgement. The expected experience range is 3-7 years; robust candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
