Experience: 1 year of qualified legal experience in IT Firm

Location: Calicut (Govt Cyberpark)

Qualification: Law Graduate

Prefer : Only Kerala Candidates to this role

Key Requirements:

- Prior in-house legal experience in an IT/technology company is strongly preferred
- Candidates with a litigation-only background will not be considered — we are looking for someone with corporate / IT industry legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property, and data privacy
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and resources
- Good communication and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on technology, IP, privacy, and contract-related matters
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements
- Support compliance with applicable laws and data privacy regulations
- Assist with document reviews and due diligence
- Maintain legal documentation, records, and databases
- Stay updated on legal developments and IT industry trends
