Delhi Chai Cafe is looking for an experienced and hands-on Leasing & Fabrication Manager to lead the development of new QSR outlets—from site identification and lease negotiations to construction, fabrication and final handover. The role requires robust project management, negotiation, vendor management, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SITE IDENTIFICATION & LEASING

Identify and evaluate potential locations based on commercial and operational feasibility. Conduct site visits and coordinate feasibility checks, measurements and utility requirements. Manage brokers, landlords and property owners and negotiate key commercial terms. Coordinate lease documentation and ensure landlord commitments are completed on time.
1. OUTLET DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Take ownership of outlet development from site handover to opening. Coordinate architects, contractors, fabricators and other vendors for civil, MEP, interiors, kitchen, signage and fabrication work. Monitor project timelines, site progress, quality and execution to ensure timely completion. Identify and resolve construction, technical and execution-related issues.




1. VENDOR & TEAM MANAGEMENT

Identify, evaluate and negotiate with contractors and vendors. Coordinate multiple vendors, contractors and site teams across projects. Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure work is completed as per timelines and company standards.
1. COST & QUALITY CONTROL

Prepare and monitor project budgets, BOQs and vendor quotations. Negotiate competitive rates and control project costs and material wastage. Ensure construction, fabrication and finishing meet Delhi Chai Cafe's quality.
1. FINAL HANDOVER & OPENING

Coordinate equipment installation, testing, cleaning, snagging and final site readiness. Ensure all pending work is completed before handover to Operations. Support the Operations team during the initial opening, whenever required.
1. MULTI-LOCATION MANAGEMENT

Travel to project locations for site visits, negotiations, construction supervision and handovers. Manage multiple outlet projects simultaneously across different cities. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
