Role Purpose The Instructional Designer will design engaging, app-first learning experiences that convert SOPs, business needs and people capability gaps into structured, measurable learning journeys for frontline employees.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design

- Design role-based learning journeys for: Kitchen staff, Frontline leads &
- Managers

- Apply adult learning principles, microlearning and scenario-based design

- Translate business problems into learning solutions

Content Development

- Convert SOPs, PPTs and process documents into:
- Digital modules, Videos & scenarios &
- Assessments& quizzes

- Partner with Digital Learning Designer on execution

Quality &

- Governance

- Ensure learning content meets quality and pedagogy standards

- Maintain consistency across Rebel Learn &




- Rebel Academy

- Review and refresh content periodically

Measurement &

- Effectiveness

- Design assessments and feedback mechanisms

- Work with Learning Technology &
- Insights Lead on analytics

- Continuously improve learning based on data and feedback

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 59 years of experience in instructional design or L&D;

- Solid grounding in adult learning theory

- Experience designing digital / LMS / app-based learning

- Ability to simplify complex content

- Experience in frontline, retail, QSR or ops-heavy orgs is a plus
