Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs of their teams and develop customized solutions to address those needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of L&D; initiatives through evaluation metrics such as feedback forms, surveys, or assessment tests.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field (BPO/Call Centre industry).
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
- Proven track record in developing engaging training content that drives business results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
