Brink’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company’s global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities.
The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets.

Business Unit Description:
This role sits within Communications and Change Management, a team that plays a critical role in enabling successful business transformation across Brink’s global organization.
The function is responsible for leading change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning enablement, and adoption activities that help employees and leaders successfully transition to new processes, systems, operating models, and ways of working.
As part of Brink’s global operating model, the team partners across business units, transformation programs, and corporate functions to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes, helping the organization realize the full value of its strategic investments.
What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary):
We are seeking a Learning and Development Senior Specialist to support enterprise transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and coordinating practical learning and enablement materials that help employees, leaders, and support teams adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role will partner closely with Global Learning and Development, change management, communications, functional teams, and project workstreams to create scalable learning solutions aligned to business readiness and adoption goals.
The successful candidate will help translate transformation impacts into learning needs, develop clear and accessible training materials, and support delivery planning across audiences and geographies. This role requires strong instructional design capability, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to build learning assets that help employees understand what is changing, what they need to do differently, and how to get support.

How You’ll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities)
Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
- Support the design, development, and delivery of learning and enablement materials for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Partner with change managers, communications leads, Global Learning and Development, and functional teams to identify learning needs based on change impacts, readiness assessments, and stakeholder feedback.
- Develop practical training materials, including quick reference guides, job aids, facilitator guides, leader toolkits, eLearning content, presentation materials, FAQs, and knowledge resources.
- Translate complex processes, systems, and transformation changes into clear, role-based learning content.
- Support training plans that align to project milestones, go-live timelines, business readiness activities, and reinforcement needs.
- Coordinate reviews and approvals with subject matter experts to ensure learning materials are accurate, usable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Support train-the-trainer activities, leader enablement, office hours, demonstrations, and other learning delivery methods as needed.
- Ensure learning materials are consistent with Brink’s brand, tone, accessibility standards, and Global Learning and Development practices.
- Track learning deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and completion status to support transformation governance and readiness reporting.
- Gather feedback and performance insights to improve learning materials and reinforce adoption after go-live.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, education, communications, organizational development, business, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, training development, enablement,
change management, communications, or related roles.
- Proven experience developing learning, training, or enablement materials for business initiatives, process changes, system implementations, or transformation programs.
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create practical, role-based learning materials for varied audiences.
- Experience working with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, actionable training content.
- Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, learning evaluation, training delivery methods, and knowledge management practices.
- Experience developing materials for both frontline and office employee audiences preferred.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced transformation environment
- Demonstrated ability to product accurate, high-quality deliverables with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with learning technologies, authoring tools, LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or similar tools preferred.

Must Have Skills:
- Demonstrated experience developing training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, eLearning, quick reference guides, or leader enablement resources.
- Experience supporting adoption of current processes, systems, tools, or ways of working.
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver accurate, practical learning content.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, HR, technology, finance, procurement, shared services, or operating model initiatives.
- Experience developing learning materials for global or matrixed organizations.
- Experience supporting go-live readiness, hyper care, reinforcement, and post-launch adoption activities.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and how learning supports readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
