Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the core team to support the end-to-end development of clinical and product training curricula for internal and external teams.

- Develop structured and engaging learning content, including training modules, presentations, videos, case scenarios, testimonials, interactive activities/games, assessments, FAQ’s, and reference materials.

- Understand the product, clinical workflows and operational processes end-to-end and translate them into practical, learner-friendly training content.

- Review and continuously update the curriculum based on product enhancements, new features, field feedback and operational requirements.

- Conduct internal and external training programs, including new implementations, refresher sessions and competency-based training.

- Coordinate with Clinical,



Operations and other teams to ensure standardized and effective training delivery.

- Maintain accurate documentation, required trackers, and timely reporting of curriculum development, training, and related activities

Job Requirements :

- 0-10 years of experience in clinical training or a related field (nursing education).

- Robust background in content development and management for healthcare professionals.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and learners alike.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
