Roles & Responsibilities:• Coordinate and execute employee training and development programs.
- Understand training requirements in coordination with HR and department heads.
- Prepare and maintain training calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training partners.
- Manage training schedules, participant communication, attendance and feedback.
- Support employee induction and onboarding training programs.
- Maintain training records, MIS and other L&D; documentation.
- Collect and analyze training feedback and support training effectiveness initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, training materials and reports as required.
- Follow up with employees and managers on pending learning activities.
- Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives when required.
What are we looking for?✅ 1–3 years of experience in L&D;, Training Coordination, HR or a similar role.
✅ B.Sc. graduates can apply, along with candidates from other graduate backgrounds.
✅ Strong English communication skills – written and verbal.
✅ Good presentation, coordination and interpersonal skills.
✅ Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✅ A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
