Job Title-Lead – Well Services

Qualification -B.Tech / B.E. in Petroleum Engineering

Lead the planning and execution of well intervention and workover activities to ensure safe, effective, and cost-effective restoration and enhancement of well productivity. Provide technical leadership to a team of Well Services Engineers while coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams for successful field execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, review, and execute well intervention and workover operations.

- Prepare and review operational programs, procedures, and execution plans.

- Evaluate well conditions and recommend suitable intervention techniques.

- Coordinate with workover rigs, intervention contractors, and service companies.

- Provide technical guidance during field operations and troubleshoot challenges.

- Ensure compliance with well control, operational procedures, and HSE requirements.

- Review post-job reports, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements.

- Lead and mentor 2–3 Well Services Engineers while collaborating with Production, Reservoir, Drilling, and HSE teams.
