Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary and technically authoritative Security Architect / Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Security Operations (SecOps), SIEM/SOAR automation, applied AI in security, and robust risk governance.

The ideal candidate combines extensive hands-on technical lineagespanning perimeter security to advanced red/blue/purple teamingwith high-level strategic awareness regarding data boundaries, compliance, and cyber resilience. You will act as a bridge between cutting-edge AI-driven security workflows and enterprise risk management, driving technical strategy, mentoring engineering teams, and guiding complex client pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

1. SecOps & Applied AI Innovation

- Lead the architectural design and integration of advanced SecOps solutions, SIEM platforms, and SOAR automation pipelines.
- Champion applied AI initiatives in security operations, specifically building and refining purpose-driven AI tooling to accelerate workflows (e.g., streamlining SOAR playbook synthesis and detection logic).
- Drive modern security paradigms,



moving beyond isolated point-in-time scanning to address complex "toxic combinations" of chained vulnerabilities through architectural resilience (microsegmentation, PAM, just-in-time access, and Shift-Left threat modeling).

2. Risk Management & Compliance Governance

- Establish and oversee rigorous data privacy and AI boundary controls, ensuring compliance risks (such as PII/PHI leakage into LLMs) are mitigated via robust input redaction rules and dedicated client sandboxes.
- Implement practical risk mitigation strategies for legacy OT and industrial control environments using compensating controls (bastion hosts, granular audit logging, and formal exception tracking linked to automated stakeholder SLA reminders).

3. Technical Leadership, Skilling & Whiteboarding

- Design and execute structured technical upskilling frameworks, curricula, and assessment models (combining self-study, scenario-based problem-solving, and expert evaluations) to train engineering talent on modern platforms.
- Lead high-stakes client advisory sessions, security whiteboarding, and incident response scenarios—swiftly driving containment, firewall blocks, and credential resets while unblocking complex deployment hurdles.

4. Delivery Management & Governance

- Oversee delivery cadences, including weekly vulnerability/SOC reviews, monthly steering meetings, account P&L; tracking,



and multi-tenant versus dedicated pod staffing models.
- Guide CI/CD rule deployment pipelines and release gating processes for correlation rules and detection logic.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

- Domain Authority: Comprehensive background in cybersecurity, starting from perimeter firewalls (e.g., Check Point) to enterprise SIEM (e.g., early ArcSight certified), threat/vulnerability management, and SOC monitoring.
- AI & Automation Expertise: Proven experience leveraging AI to optimize security operations, reduce turnaround times, and architect contemporary detection pipelines.
- Risk & OT Resilience: Demonstrated capability in securing legacy OT/industrial environments and enforcing strict data privacy boundaries in AI implementations.
- Leadership & Enablement: Strong track record in building structured skilling frameworks and mentoring large engineering cohorts (150+ engineers).
- Communication & Advisory: Highly articulate, capable of navigating complex stakeholder discussions, executive steering committees, and client pursuits.
