Role overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead QMS & ESG to lead the implementation, management and continuous improvement of Soleos Energy Limited's Quality Management System (QMS) and ESG / Sustainability framework across the organisation and project sites.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, SOPs and process controls, managing internal and external audits, driving ISO compliance, establishing NCR/RCA/CAPA systems, developing ESG policies and KPIs, coordinating ESG reporting and due diligence, and ensuring quality, environmental and social compliance across Solar EPC / IPP projects.

The position will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Finance, HR and Operations, while also coordinating with auditors, certification agencies, customers, investors, lenders and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation-wide Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, review and maintain Quality Manuals, SOPs, policies, process maps, procedures, checklists and work instructions.
- Establish systems for document control, process compliance, change management, traceability and record keeping.
- Drive implementation and continual improvement of ISO 9001 and other applicable management-system standards.
- Develop and monitor quality KPIs, MIS and management dashboards.
- Plan and conduct internal process, project/site, vendor, customer and certification audits.
- Manage NCR, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) systems and ensure recurring issues are addressed.
- Guide project teams on Project Quality Plans, QAPs, ITPs, inspection systems, supplier quality and handover documentation.
- Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy, policies, governance framework and implementation roadmap.
- Establish ESG objectives, KPIs and reporting mechanisms across departments and projects.
- Coordinate collection, validation, consolidation and reporting of ESG-related data.




- Monitor environmental performance covering energy, GHG emissions, water, waste and resource efficiency.
- Support implementation of Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS) for applicable projects.
- Coordinate ESG / E&S; due diligence requirements of investors, lenders, customers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate ESG assessments, sustainability audits, third-party evaluations and closure of identified gaps.
- Support preparation of ESG / sustainability disclosures and reports.
- Identify quality, environmental, social and supply-chain risks at project level and ensure appropriate mitigation plans.
- Drive contractor, subcontractor and supplier compliance with applicable project quality and ESG requirements.
- Support project teams during lender / investor technical, ESG and E&S; due diligence.
- Develop and manage annual QMS and ESG audit calendars.
- Coordinate ISO certification, surveillance and recertification audits.
- Maintain dashboards for QMS performance, ESG performance, audits, NCR/CAPA ageing, recurring issues and key risks.
- Conduct periodic management reviews and recommend corrective, preventive and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Work directly with department heads and senior management to establish ownership, timelines and accountability for QMS and ESG actions.
- Travel to domestic and international project locations as required.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, Sustainability or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience with demonstrated hands-on experience in both QMS and ESG / Sustainability.
- Strong practical experience in QMS implementation, SOPs, process controls, internal audits, NCR,



RCA and CAPA.
- Strong understanding of ESG policies, ESG KPIs, sustainability data and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Exposure to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
- Experience working with certification agencies, auditors, customers, investors, lenders or consultants.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and systems from the ground up.
- Experience in Solar EPC / Solar IPP / Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure will be preferred.
- Experience working across multiple project sites and/or international operations will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
