- Lead and manage the Product Analyst team, providing day-to-day direction, guidance, prioritization, and support across multiple products and client engagements.
- Own the quality of Product Analyst deliverables, ensuring requirements, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, product roadmaps, presentations, RFX responses, and other functional documentation are complete, accurate, consistent, and client-ready.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, templates, review mechanisms, and best practices across the Product Analyst function to ensure consistency in how requirements and solutions are documented and communicated.
- Review critical deliverables produced by Product Analysts and provide constructive feedback before internal, management, or client submissions.
- Act as the primary escalation and decision-support point for Product Analysts when dealing with complex requirements, conflicting stakeholder expectations, solution trade-offs, scope ambiguity, or delivery challenges.
- Drive requirement discovery and solution-definition activities for strategic or complex engagements, translating business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, data models, user journeys, and architecture-level implications in collaboration with technical teams.

- Validate MVPs, prototypes, POCs, and product releases against agreed requirements, business objectives, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
- Guide the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring short-term enhancements and long-term product evolution remain aligned with client requirements, market trends, and organizational objectives.
- Support Business Development and Pre-Sales activities through solution conceptualization, RFX responses, product demonstrations, workshops, presentations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.




- Participate in strategic client discussions and workshops, particularly where senior-level product, functional, or solution expertise is required.
- Coach and mentor Product Analysts, identifying capability gaps and providing structured guidance to improve analytical thinking, documentation, presentation, stakeholder management, and product knowledge.
- Take ownership of the onboarding and training of new Product Analysts, ensuring new team members understand Beinex products, methodologies, documentation standards, delivery processes, tools, and expected quality benchmarks.
- Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing sessions, internal reviews, and training initiatives to continuously improve the capability of the Product Analyst team.
