Job Purpose:

Deliver pipeline engineering for clean energy projects by developing engineering designs, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces and supporting construction and commissioning of pipeline systems for transportation of process gases, utilities and carbon dioxide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engineering deliverables for pipeline systems transporting syngas, SNG, process gases, utilities and carbon dioxide.
- Prepare pipeline layouts, routing studies, hydraulic calculations, material specifications and engineering documentation in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate engineering interfaces between process, mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, instrumentation and construction teams for integrated pipeline design.
- Review vendor engineering documents, material specifications and pipeline components to verify compliance with engineering requirements.
- Support technical evaluations, procurement activities and engineering clarifications for pipeline materials, valves, fittings and associated equipment.
- Support engineering reviews, constructability assessments and design optimization to improve pipeline reliability and operational performance.
- Coordinate pipeline testing, pre-commissioning,



commissioning and performance verification activities to support project start-up.
- Support implementation of corrosion protection, cathodic protection, pressure testing and pipeline integrity requirements.
- Resolve engineering issues during design, construction and commissioning in coordination with project teams and contractors.
- Prepare engineering documentation, technical reports and as-built records to support project handover and operational readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Engineering or related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in pipeline engineering, piping systems, gas transmission, refinery, petrochemical, LNG, hydrogen or related process industries.
- Knowledge of pipeline design, hydraulic calculations, stress analysis, material selection, corrosion protection and pipeline testing.
- Experience in engineering design review, vendor coordination, construction support and commissioning of pipeline systems.
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary engineering interfaces, process safety and applicable pipeline engineering standards.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
