- 5–9 years of professional experience in software engineering with solid hands-on expertise in .NET.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated deployments for cloud-hosted .NET applications.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration approaches to improve portability and operational consistency.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions,

- Own technical design and architecture decisions for cloud-hosted solutions on AWS, with consideration for Azure/GCP where applicable.
- Drive best practices for coding standards, code reviews, branching strategies, and release readiness.

Engineering • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using AWS services (compute, storage, networking, IAM).

- Ensure application observability and reliability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Collaborate on cloud migration or modernization initiatives, including refactoring and re-platforming where needed. Collaboration & Mentoring • Partner with product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Mentor engineers, support technical upskilling, and help unblock teams through effective problem-solving and guidance.
