UST is seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Developer to join our Digital Transformation and AI practice. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that solve complex business challenges and enable intelligent automation across enterprise ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Analytics, and Cloud-based AI services.

Key Responsibilities

AI &

- Machine Learning Development

- Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise business applications.
- Build scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Develop and implement Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and performance optimization.

Generative AI Solutions
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, knowledge assistants, and automation frameworks.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise AI services into business applications.

Data Engineering &
- Analytics

- Collect, clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.
- Design data pipelines to support model training and inference.
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards.

Integration &
- Deployment

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and business applications.
- Deploy AI applications in cloud environments.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Support production deployments and operational excellence initiatives.

Collaboration &
- Governance

- Collaborate with Data Scientists,



Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technology assessments.
- Adhere to Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, and Compliance standards.
- Contribute to AI innovation and reusable accelerators within UST.

Educational Qualification

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Experience working with cloud-native AI platforms.
- Experience implementing ML models throughout the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Vector Databases and Embedding Models.
- Azure AI Engineer Associate Certification or equivalent cloud AI certification.
- Experience in enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
