Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and build targeted account and contact lists aligned to our priority verticals and geographies
- Run multi-channel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) tailored to GCC, UK, and North American buyer behavior and time zones
- Qualify leads against clear criteria (budget, authority, need, timing) before handing off sales-ready meetings
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records — activity logs, lead stage, and next steps
- Continuously test and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting to improve response and conversion rates
- Track and report on pipeline generated: meetings booked, lead quality, and conversion by segment, vertical, and geography
- Share market feedback and objections to help sharpen our ideal customer profile, offers, and messaging
- Support qualification of partner-sourced leads as our partnerships channel scales

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales development, with a robust record of hitting pipeline targets




- Experience prospecting into GCC, UK, and/or North American markets, with comfort working across time zones
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement/prospecting tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong cold outreach and objection-handling skills
- Prior experience in BPO, IT/ITES services, or B2B SaaS lead generation is strongly preferred
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy in a build-from-scratch environment

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
