Job Summary

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, building and deploying scalable AI-enabled applications that create measurable business value across Danaher operating companies. You will serve as a technical leader within multidisciplinary delivery teams, helping transform innovative AI capabilities into secure, reliable and production-ready solutions that can be adopted and scaled across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Design, build and integrate scalable full-stack solutions leveraging modern front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices and AI technologies.

- Develop AI-enabled applications and user experiences that integrate advanced AI capabilities into business workflows, scientific processes and enterprise solutions.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources and operational systems to create connected and scalable business capabilities.

- Apply software engineering best practices, DevSecOps principles, observability standards and modern development approaches to ensure secure, reliable and maintainable applications.

- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Platform, Data, AI Scientists and AI Engineers to deliver production-grade AI solutions and reusable application capabilities across Danaher.

Requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.





- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated success building enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled software products.

- Strong hands-on experience developing modern applications using technologies such as .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices and cloud services.

- Proven understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices and up-to-date software engineering methodologies.

- Strong technical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide delivery teams and collaborate across multiple technical disciplines.

Nice to have

- Building AI-enabled applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, Enterprise Copilots, AI assistants or Generative AI technologies.

- Working with data engineering, analytics platforms, cloud-native AI services and enterprise data ecosystems.

- Delivering enterprise software modernisation, digital transformation or large-scale application development initiatives within complex business environments.
